TEM Sample Preparation

Service Overview

We offer paid services for TEM sample preparation. Our facility in Pune includes a fully equipped TEM Sample Preparation Lab staffed with skilled personnel capable of preparing TEM samples in-house. Our in-house TEM Sample Preparation Lab is equipped with an Ion Milling Polishing System, Dimple Grinder, Disc Punch, Disc Grinder, Ultrasonic Disc Cutter, and low-speed Diamond Saw.

We will conduct disc grinding, dimple grinding, and ion beam milling/polishing on each sample to create a perforation around the center area. Our goal is to prepare high-quality samples with precise thinning to achieve electron transparency for imaging with a transmission electron microscope (TEM).

We accept all types of materials, including semiconductors, ceramics, multi-phase metals, composites, high-Tc superconductors, and more.
